WHO WE ARE
Joy oversees the management of key development stages including site acquisition, planning, construction and project marketing. She manages relationships with key collaborators and values the expertise that high quality specialists bring to the task. As the daughter and grand-daughter of builder/developers, residential property development is in Joy’s blood. Her experience over more than a decade managing properties and leading development projects confirm her qualification to take the family mantle. She aims to and safeguard this mantle for the next generation by demanding the highest standards of everyone involved today.
Michael has overall responsibility for all aspects of the development process from site identification through to construction and sale. He focuses on understanding the needs of the market and getting the right professionals involved to deliver to the highest quality standards. This draws extensively on analytical and collaboration skills he acquired from 15 years in the finance sector working in organisations public and private, big and small. He has Masters degrees in Business and Economics and continues to teach finance at the University of NSW.
